The Wheel Of Healing
After receiving a cancer diagnosis you have much to think about. Apart from the initial fear that you will feel, you need to take some time to consider all the options open to you before you make one of the biggest decisions of your life. You may choose conventional, integrative or 100% natural – whichever the route, there is a lot you can do to support and influence your body’s healing process. My aim is not to tell you what to do, but to help provide you with informative, practical information to make your decision process easier.
The Wheel of Healing covers the main topics in my Breathing Space programme, which breaks down into manageable bit size pieces of information, the path that I took on my own cancer healing journey. It will give you insights into how much you know around these topics from a scale of 1-10. It is a good starting place when faced with a diagnosis to help make sense of what is happening and create a greater understanding of the mechanics of cancer and the body, which in itself, will help to alleviate some of the fear that we naturally experience when facing this information.

Module 2 – Food
This was the most interesting section. Excellent explanations of Methionine including videos. The breakdown of the food we eat or should eat is very clear and supporting explanations of good and bad foods are useful. Food charts/lists and the links are very good to have.
