As part of my full programme, Breathing Space, you will find included ‘Check In With Jane’ sessions for each module. You will receive 6.5  hours in total ‘Check in With Jane’ time allocated accordingly for each segment we cover.

However, if you would like to book an independent ‘Check In with Jane’ chat, there are two options for you to choose from. The first option is a free 15 minute ‘Check In with Jane’ call. Just tap the button below to arrange a time and date convenient to you.

The second option is a 75 minute ‘Check In with Jane’ call, this is £65. You can use this time to discuss something on your mind, or to enhance the time already provided in the Breathing Space programme. The programme made me reflect on my approach to physical and mental health even though I do not consider myself a ‘holistic’ kind of person. Module 2 – Food

This was the most interesting section. Excellent explanations of Methionine including videos. The breakdown of the food we eat or should eat is very clear and supporting explanations of good and bad foods are useful. Food charts/lists and the links are very good to have.
